Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Mecca of MotherNature, we take pride in providing high-quality products.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we may issue store credit only that can be used toward a future purchase.

Store credit:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot be transferred

• May only be used on our website

• Is issued at our discretion after review

Subscription Policy

Certain products may be offered as a subscription service.

By subscribing, customers authorize automatic recurring payments based on the selected delivery schedule.

Subscriptions may be modified or canceled before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Once an order has been shipped, Mecca of MotherNature is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
